Helen vowles

Helen established Trusting Hands Ltd in 2002 after working in nursing and domiciliary care for over 30 years she is qualified at a NVQ level 4 in social care management.

​

Helen is registered with Social Care Wales and is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, She is also our in house trainer, qualified risk assessor and moving and handling trainer.

​

As you can imagine she is a busy lady but when she can find time she enjoys a music festival, a Manic Street Preachers concerts or you can find her at home with her 5 grandchildren enjoying the garden.

Care director

Amy Clarke

Amy has worked for Trusting hands Ltd since she was 16 years old doing care calls on her scooter. She left Trusting Hands Ltd to pursue University where she studied to become a RGN and worked in a busy A&E for many years before coming back to her family business as the care director.

​

Amy is a qualified nurse but also has her Level 5 in Care management and has many years experience in Domliciary care.

​

When Amy isn't doing the office ROTA, managing medication calls, answering the phones to carers queries or dealing with tenders she enjoys spending time with her two sons and daughter, baking yummy cakes and when she can get away she enjoys skiing!

OPERATIONS MANAGER

DEB JONES

Deb has worked for Trusting Hands Ltd for 4 years and changed job roles many times. Deb is the go to in the office for most staff and very appreciated by all as she is a 'Deb of all trades'

​

Deb studied as a mental health nurse after many years of working in mental health. she left university with BN(Hons) degree in mental health nursing

​

Deb is the rock chick of Trusting hands who enjoys watching a good rock band with her daughter or can be found bopping along to her sons drums or husbands guitar!

RECEPTIONIS
Louise Morris

Louise joined our team in 2018 as a receptionist for maternity cover but soon became family to the office staff with her kind and caring ways and her amazing tea making skills we decided she needed to stay.

 

Louise is currently has level 1 and 2 in business administration and is currently working towards her QCF Level 3 in Business Management with Educ8 and hoping to be qualified soon.

​

Louise enjoys a good detective book on a sunny beach! Louise is basically a local to spain and enjoys spending time with her hubby

HR administration
Helen errington 

Helen joined our team in 2016 as the receptionist and is now the administrator and IT Girl of the office, when she isn't Creating spreadsheets she can be found updating the website, Instagram, Facebook or avoiding making tea. 

​

Helen has over 10 years of admin and accounts experience and qualifications in customer service

​

Helen is a mother to two girls now free time is no longer filled with nights out it is now all about her daughters, crafts, baking and sleepy when she can. 

Senior CARE MANAGER
Cerys Greenland

Cerys started her Trusting Hands journey as a carer where she was then promoted to a care manager after only 50 days! (you go girl) and then promoted to senior after a year.

 

Cerys has had a long career in care and has faced all types of scenarios and trials so was a perfect candidate for the office

​

Cerys is Level 5

​

Cerys is straight to the point, blunt and focused meaning nothing gets by her but this is accompanied by her heart of gold and her passion for care when Cerys isn't working she can be found with her son and daughter on day trips or watching a romcom on Netflix 

​

CARE MANAGER
TYLER KNIGHT  

Tyler started her with us in November 2022. but worked in the care industry for quiet some time. 

​

Tyler Will be starting QCF Level 4 In January 

​

Tyler is a happy go lucky person who always strives to get the best results for both the carers and the service users. the first week of Tylers employment she was commended by management for being perfect for the role. 

CARE MANAGER
Gemma Ware 

Gemma has climbed the trusting hands ltd ladder she started as a Home Care assistant which then led to her becoming a Team leader to later becoming a Care manager. 

​

Gemma Is currently working towards her level 4 

​

Gemma is a doting mother of three girls and spends her free time going to bingo! she's yet to win the jackpot but when she does we can all have a flight to the Maldives!

CARE MANAGER
Vicky Foggarty 

Vicky has previously worked at Trusting hands ltd and has had over 10 year experience in the care sector. we cant wait for her to get her teeth into her new role in Trusting Hands ltd   

​

Vicky Is currently working towards her level 5 

​

Vicky is a mother of 4 and a nanna to be she is excited for this new chapter of being a nanna to a beautiful baby girl.     

​
